Flenda Whitney has been a licensed Texas real estate broker since 1986 and has dedicated more than 15 years to helping buyers navigate the new home market. During her years in new home sales, she recognized a common challenge — many buyers needed additional financial assistance but had few resources available to help.

Since becoming an independent real estate broker in 2005, Flenda has assisted numerous families throughout the Houston area in purchasing new construction homes. Her experience has given her a deep understanding of the home-buying process and the financial pressures today’s buyers face.

That insight inspired the creation of New Home Sellers Inc. With a mission centered on helping buyers save money, Flenda’s goal is simple: provide buyers with cash back they can use where it matters most — whether toward closing costs, builder upgrades, or other eligible home-buying expenses.
